Phil Hansen

Phil started his career over 25 years ago as product designer for one of the oldest names in British hi-fi, Richard Allan Audio. He was responsible for many award-winning hi-fi loudspeakers and the development of THX approved speakers for multiplex cinemas. He was subsequently marketing manager with KEF before setting up a marketing consultancy.

He currently sits on the board of The Clarity Alliance, the hi-fi industry trade association, as well as holding the position of marketing director for Connected Distribution. Phil is a self-confessed music-phile, whose tastes range from modern jazz, through classical and onto prog rock and heavy metal, via everything in between. When not listening to music he can be found banging the drums.
